Salary: £19K per annum DOE
Holiday – 23 days per year, increasing with service

Pension scheme – AE pension 1% from either side after qualifying period
Death in service scheme after 3 months service – 3 times salary
Hours of work: 0830 – 16.45 – Monday to Friday
Overall Job Purpose
Maintaining and updating all customs documents, bulk delivery paperwork, reporting and providing cover to the Bulk Wine Administrator.
Principle Accountablilities
- Updating and issuing daily Bulk Delay reports and Alerts
- Raising and receipting Bulk Freight Orders on a daily basis
- Completing Customs Clearance for Bulk Deliveries on the internal system
- Preparing paperwork for the following days deliveries and issuing to the tank room
- Providing support for the Bulk Wine Administrator with Bulk deliveries to KDL
- Liaising and assisting the Tank Room with any queries or problems
- Holiday cover for Bulk Wine Administrator as required
Education/Skill
The job requires excellent analytical skills, good communication skills and attention to detail. High level of competency in Excel required for this role.

- Departmental Training (Deliveries, Planning etc) Once established in role
Responsibility for information/finance:
The role requires excellent attention to detail as this role assists the production planning team in achieving their weekly conformance targets
Responsibility for product/customer service/business support:
The job requires key focus on business support in terms of bulk deliveries and reporting for assisting the production planning team.
Problem solving:
The job holder requires strong analytical skills/judgement in terms of their prioritising and reacting to changes in the production plan and any problems that may arise
Contacts
Daily contact with the tank room, bulk hauliers and the kdl planning team
Mental/physical effort:
There will be some time sensitive aspects to the role which will mean good time management is also a key skill
