Bar Supervisor (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Bars)

We’re looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at the Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences and has a passion for premium cocktails and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the bar team, ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

• Deliver 5-star service, creating premium cocktails and beverages.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

• Monitor stock levels, accept deliveries, and ensure accurate recording.

• Upsell and promote special offers to enhance guest experience.

• Work set weekly hours: Monday – Wednesday (5pm – 10:30pm), Thursday (4:45pm – 11:00pm), Friday (4:45pm – 12am).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team.

• A proactive, positive, and approachable attitude.

A DBS check may be required for this role.
