Full job description
We have always been known for our great line of Polish craft and commercial beers and vodkas, but we have raised our game even further over the past few months and now have a fantastic cocktail range and wine list to sit alongside the vodka boards and beer buckets.
Mamuśka! Polish Kitchen and Bar in Southbank Waterloo is a 6000 square foot venue with an open mezzanine (The Platform) as bar and event space overlooking the Old Arch dining hall. The site is amazing – fitted out in steel and natural wood and surrounded in structural concrete and in addition to restaurant service we host fantastic corporate and private events.
The only thing our bar is missing is a great leader! The team at Mamuśka! is cross-trained into floor service and dispense bartending (including cocktails) and we are looking for a professional Head Bartender to establish ordering processes, organise and train the team and be accountable for the wet side of the business, including inventory.
With expansion plans ready, all we need to launch them is a Management Team willing to be accountable for their area of the business and deliver on it.

- At least one year experience managing a bar operation, including stock, training, personnel management and P&L
- Intermediate English as a Minimum
- Full-time availability
- Immediate availability (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Wage:
- £17 per hour including service charge
