Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Create innovative cocktails and maintain a high standard of beverage offerings.
• Train and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of wines, with the ability to curate and recommend wine selections.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
• A solid understanding of wine, with the ability to recommend and pair wines is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
