We are looking to employ a Trainee Production Manager. We need an enthusiastic, practical, punctual and hard-working candidate and the role will cover all areas of production across our range of wines, ciders and juices. This is a key position in an exciting and rewarding ever growing industry, working within our team. Some production experience and a forklift certificate would be advantageous.

The role will involve loading / unloading and cleaning presses, tanks, crates and getting involved in additional tasks around the production area to put in place the equipment processes to make our products.  The successful candidate will have the vision and determination to develop their new skills to go on to supervise and operate future production and above all be someone who will enjoy doing what they are doing and be able to demonstrate attention to detail. This is a full-time position.

Due to the agricultural and seasonal nature of our business this position does include some evening and weekend work at busy times and during harvest.
