Job Summary:
The Champagne Company have been acquired by and began trading under new management from 25th May 2024, and we are seeking Customer Service Representatives with confidence and experience in customer services based at our new HQ in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce and possess strong communication skills.
As the first point of contact, a warm, clear voice and efficient Customer Service welcome are essential. Within this role, you will be answering the phone, speaking directly with customers who are calling to place an order of a product/s from the website, processing orders fully to completion and taking ownership of supporting Customers providing excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about financial products and services
- Assist customers with problem-solving and account enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Process Customer Orders to completion
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the wine industry
- WSET level 2 or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience and good proficiency in using ecommerce software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
