About Domaine Evremond:  

Domaine Evremond is an English Sparkling Wine brand, based in Chilham, Kent. After ten years of planning, the opening of Domaine Evremond’s Cellar Door and the commercial release of our Classic Cuvée will happen in late March 2025.  

We are looking for an individual to join our team, to launch and grown the Cellar Door experiences and run the onsite retail space. The right candidate will be willing to grow with the business, as the number of guest experiences increase and will be instrumental in this process.   

Key responsibilities:  

As the Cellar Door Hospitality Manager you will be responsible for the guest experience of all our customers. From the overseeing of all aspects of the hospitality operations at the estate, including private hires, tasting experiences and estate tours to ensuring that the retail space is fully stocked.  

Guest experience:  

  • Ensure that each guest leaves having received exceptional customer service from the moment they enter the Cellar Door until they leave the estate. 
  • Be able to captivate the guests, whilst telling the Domaine Evremond story. 
  • Host tasting experiences, vineyard tours and manage the website bookings. These are likely to be 2 or 3 events per day. A combination of just tastings, tasting and estate tours, and a food and wine pairing.  
  • Continually assess how we can improve guests experiences and how to build on our initial offering.  

Events management:  

  • Plan and execute both corporate and private events in the cellar door. 
  • Management of all event bookings via the website booking system.  
  • Willing to work evenings when required. 

Retail space:  

  • Responsible for all sales and promotion of Domaine Evremond merchandise from the cellar door. 
  • Stock control of all items, both drinks and non-drink items in the cellar door.   

Day to day Cellar Door management: 

  • Financial reconciliation of all transactions within the Cellar Door.  
  • Management of Cellar Door host and staff rotas.  

What we are looking for:  

The ideal candidate will have proven exceptional customer service either within the hospitality or retail industry. WSET Level 2 is desirable, but a keen interest in wine is a must.
