About Domaine Evremond:  

Domaine Evremond is an English Sparkling Wine brand, based in Chilham, Kent. After ten years of planning, the opening of Domaine Evremond’s Cellar Door and the commercial release of our Classic Cuvée will happen in late March 2025.  

We are looking for two individuals to join our team, to work alongside our Cellar Door Hospitality Manager.   

Key responsibilities: 

As the Cellar Door Host, you will be responsible for working alongside the Cellar Door Hospitality Manager to deliver a premium guest experience to customers and visitors.  

Guest experience:  

• Ensure that each guest leaves having received exceptional customer service from the moment they enter the Cellar Door until they leave the estate. 
• Be able to captivate the guests, whilst telling the Domaine Evremond story. 
• Be confident presenting to both large and small groups. 
• Host tasting experiences and vineyard tours, booked through our website. These are likely to be 2 or 3 events per day. A combination of just tastings, tasting and estate tours, and a food and wine pairing.  

Events:  

• Support the Cellar Door Hospitality Manager in all aspects of corporate and private events.  
• Support the planning of corporate and private hire events at the cellar door.  

Retail space: 

• Selling Domaine Evremond for guests to take home, along with branded merchandise.  

What we are looking for:  

Domaine Evremond is new to the UK’s viticultural scene and we are looking for an individual who will grow with the business. It is our desire to start with a small offering of premium tastings and experiences, doing these exceptional well and then slowly increase our offering.  

The ideal candidate will have proven exceptional customer service either within the hospitality or retail industry. WSET Level 2 is desirable, but a keen interest in wine is a must.

Working week: The Cellar Door will initially open Wednesday to Saturday. Cellar Door hosts may be required to work on Monday and Tuesdays for private and corporate events.  

Hours – No set hours, will vary week to week (minimum of 15 hours a week).  

Salary: £15 per hour
