At Ridgeview, we’re searching for enthusiastic Wine Tour Guides to lead visitors through our award-winning vineyard and winery, immersing them in the world of English Sparkling Wine. From engaging storytelling to guided tastings, you will be the face of Ridgeview, ensuring every visit is unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging vineyard and winery tours, sharing fascinating insights into our winemaking process
• Conduct guided tastings, showcasing our exceptional range of wines with energy and expertise
• Assist in our tasting room and retail shop, helping guests find the perfect bottle to take home
• Promote our Wine Club Subscription, transforming casual visitors into lifelong fans
• Enjoy flexible shifts (3–6 hours), primarily on weekends, with additional weekday opportunities during peak seasons
• Light duties include maintaining a clean and presentable customer area

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Wine knowledge – WSET Level 2+ or equivalent experience
• A confident & engaging communicator – warm, articulate, and charismatic
• A true passion for wine & storytelling, with the ability to make complex topics both fun and accessible
• A team player – flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends and evenings
• A natural ambassador – presentable, credible, and excited about English wine
• Estimated start date: 14th of April
