This is a fantastic opportunity to join a terrific team at Princess Pavilion, a popular bar, café and events venue much loved by our residents, visitors and community groups. With fabulous food, super sea views and gorgeous gardens, we host local, national and international events throughout the year.
Duties will include supervision of bar and café staff to provide a great customer experience as well as supporting community bookings and events at the Garden Room. The job will involve evening and weekend work and require call out.
About you
You’ll need to have experience of working in a busy bar and café setting dealing with a range of beers, wine, and spirits as well as non-alcoholic drinks and food orders. Some supervisory experience would be ideal.
It’s a busy, constantly changing working environment so you’ll also need to be self-motivated, a great communicator and able to get the best out of our existing bar & café team.
