An opportunity has arisen for a Bar Supervisor to join our Hand Picked Hotels Food & Beverage Team at Fawsley hall Hotel & Spa 

This role involves overseeing the Bar & lounge area, making sure stock is ordered, the bar looks clean and welcoming and our team members are confident and ready for service.

The Bar Supervisor plays an operational role in our team and you will take a lead role in driving sales and ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered. You will be a people person who enjoys hosting and making people feel welcome and remembered! You will have the opportunity to deliver memorable experiences and to make someone’s day, every day by personalising each and every guest experience with your own individual style and personality.

This role is full time role and will involve working evenings and weekends on a rota basis as these are often the busiest times, when your drinks knowledge and skill will be put to best use.

About you:

• You’ll have at least two years’ recent experience working as part of a bar team with good knowledge of beverages and allergens. Wine or cocktail knowledge is desirable. 
• You’ll be a team player with a professional approach, bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
• You’ll take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of Hand Picked
• You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
• You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
