This is your chance to take charge of a new vineyard and lead it to success from the very start.
What’s the job?
You’ll be a passionate and dedicated Vineyard Manager to manage and develop a newly established 2.5-hectare vineyard in Hampshire.
You will be responsible for all aspects of vineyard operations, including pruning, canopy management, pest control, irrigation and harvest coordination.
This is a hands-on role where you will set high standards for viticulture practices and build a team from the ground up.
What Do I Need?
Proven experience in vineyard management or the drive to step up from an assistant role.
Strong knowledge of viticulture practices and vineyard operations.
A proactive and hands-on approach, passionate about winemaking and sustainability.
The ability to work independently, make key decisions and contribute to the vineyard’s growth.
Flexibility to adapt to seasonal demands and work early hours when needed.
