Brat Climpson's Arch was born as a temporary residency after the first lockdown, it quickly grew to become a permanent neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Hackney with a similar ethos to Brat. We work closely with reputable British farmers and fisherman such as Flourish Produce and Phillip Warrens to ensure our produce is of the highest quality. As a business, we focus greatly on the relationships we have with our suppliers and take pride in ensuring our staff are well informed about the excellent produce we use.
We are looking for a wine supervisor to join our team, working closely with the Wine Manager to deliver an exciting and seasonal wine list created with Keeling and Andrew. Leading daily wine briefings with the team, communicating the daily by the glass offering and supporting to develop the restaurant culture of wine.
The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality and wine and the ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their role with us. They will also have a working knowledge of the industry, producers and suppliers. Within this role, there are excellent opportunities for training, wine harvest and producer trips to support individual development.
