To manage both the purchase and sales of fine spirits (whisky, rum, brandy, tequila, bourbon, gin) for this two year old subsidiary business of Caviste. You will continue to nurture exisiting supplier relationships and start new. You will manage prestige customers, both private and corporate. Management of The Spirits Room shop at Lodge Farm, Hook, Hampshire - both displays and staff. Managment of the website www.thespiritsroom.co.uk. Creating and writing weekly newsletters. Three days per week with an emphasis on Fridays and Saturdays. You will oversee staffing througout the week.
You will hare responsibilities alongside the manager for Caviste Wine, Newlyns
Salary on the basis of a basic three day week - plus sales bonus and additional hours at peak and holiday periods.
