Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in a designated area, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will be based in London with flexibility for some remote work.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the beer industry and craft beer market is beneficial
- Ability to analyse market trends and competition
- Experience in managing sales targets and achieving results
- Willingness to travel within the designated area
- Self-motivated, organised, and energetic individual.
- Must be flexible and willing to take a hands-on approach across the business.
- Passion and professionalism with an optimistic outlook to life and beer.
Salary: £29-32k Dependent on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Location: Field Based with one day per week at Brewery (wfh if required)
