This role is crucial to ensure that our Customer Service team are well equipped to provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training material and fostering a positive learning environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Training new and existing staff on all Customer Service process and procedures.
- Work with the Customer Service Management team to ensure all training materials are current and relevant.
- Create and update the customer service team ‘how to’ training guides
- Ensure the team training matrix is kept up to date.
- Identify individual and team skills gaps
- Call monitoring
- Schedule regular training sessions
- Assist the team with order processing during peak business periods

- IT Literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Excel and ability to learn new systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience & Qualifications
- GCSE passes in key subjects i.e. Maths, English
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Navision

This role is based in our Head Office in Capability Green, Luton working in a hybrid way after probation.
