Mountain, the restaurant from Tomos Parry is an atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terroir, plates of seafood from the plancha in local fisherman's bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.
We are looking for a wine supervisor to join our team, working closely with the Wine Manager to deliver an exciting and seasonal wine list. Leading daily wine briefings with the team, communicating the daily by the glass offering and supporting to develop the restaurant culture of wine.
The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality and wine and the ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their role with us. They will also have a working knowledge of the industry, producers and suppliers. Within this role, there are excellent opportunities for training, wine harvest and producer trips to support individual development.
