We have an amazing opportunity for a Bar Manager to join our team in Gong.  Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Department. To maximize profit, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure that guest service levels are in line with food and beverage brand standards.

To direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. To create and continuously drive to create a beverage programme in line with our position as a 5* luxury hotel. To encourage all bar staff to compete in worldwide competitions to increase knowledge and attention to our beverage programme.

Delegation of duties and responsibilities to assistant bar manager is necessary in order to ensure that all phases of F&B service in areas under manager’s control are functioning. It should be noted that Service Manager can be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.
