Currently looking for an experienced GM for a popular and stylish, high-volume Restaurant in London. A seasonal, fresh food offering, extensive wine list and focus on exceptional guest experience. An amazing, growing company with excellent people culture.
- Two years Management experience within a similar role
- High volume and premium service experience
- Ability to manage and develop your team
- A foodie with a good knowledge of wine
- Competitive salary of up to £50K + Bonus
