LONDON ON-TRADE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Established in 1984 and fully independent to this day, Alliance Wine is a forward-thinking specialist wine importer and top-rated supplier across multiple sales channels in the UK and internationally. We have built a diverse and loyal customer base and are especially proud of our stellar reputation as trusted wine partner to many of the best independent restaurants, hotels, theatres, pubs and bars.
In 2024, we decided to further boost our already award-winning portfolio by acquiring the French wine specialist, H2Vin, who have brought with them a whole raft of new producers and immense expertise for our customers to tap into.
As a result, we are looking for a new person to join our London On-Trade team, someone who can bring with them fresh talent, energy and vision that will help ensure we maximise our full potential as Alliance Wine/H2Vin in London.
Role Criteria:
• London-based, with experience of working in an On-Trade wine sales role for at least 2 years.
• Excellent wine knowledge (WSET Level 3 or demonstrably equivalent).
• Drive, determination, and self-sufficiency. A person who can work independently, think strategically, and thrives on the buzz of winning.
• Equally a team player who is considerate of others, invested in making positive contributions to company culture, and able to work supportively with other departments towards our shared goals.
• A passion for wine, food and dining out.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• The salary range is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus scheme.
