We are recruiting for a full-time sales assistant.

We are looking for a wine professional to assist the Managers at our retail and wine bar venue central London. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail and/or hospitality, have good wine knowledge, be an excellent communicator with good people skills and be highly motivated, confident, and trustworthy.

Our clientele expect the highest quality service and expect trusted wine expertise in both on-premise service and retail experience.

Responsibilities:

· To ensure smooth operational service according to the responsibilities and KPI’s as set by the Managers.

· To deliver high standards of retail experience to our customers backed up by good levels of wine knowledge.

· The achievement of sale targets

Requirements:

· Ideally WSET Level 2-3 or equivalent Sommelier qualifications

· Excellent customer service skills

· Experience with wine sales and/or service

· An ability to work independently and to take responsibility

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· A high standard of personal presentation

· Professionalism

· Flexibility and commitment
