Founded in 2007, Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace.
London will house 3 restaurants, 4 bars, a gourmet grocery market, fresh counters, bakery, quick service restaurants and much more! The London store will host around 400 employees.

#SHOP the ingredients from that meal from a selection of quality Italian and local produce.
#LEARN through our masterclasses and tastings.
As the Wine & Retail Shop Manager, you’ll be leading the operations for our wine shop (Cantina), managing wine points of sale and working closely with the retail, restaurants and bars teams. You’ll direct the wine shop team’s daily activities and provide support to the retail team regarding customer service and sales best practice. All in accordance with Eataly’s policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive, productive and engaged work environment.
Eataly is very excited to be planning to hold the UKs largest selection of Italian wines within a store or a restaurant. Based on the 1st floor, between our restaurants and cookery school – the Wine Shop - Cantina joins together an essential part of the Eataly journey and can be used for simple retail purchases, selecting a wine for dining within our restaurants, wine tasting events or even just to gather knowledge and information. The Cantina is based close to the grocery and retail sections of the store and duties cross over all retail departments with a focus on the Cantina.
