As a Virgin Wines Customer Account Specialist your role will include monitoring and taking responsibility for customers’ deliveries to ensure we provide an outstanding delivery service. You will also undertake administrative duties as part of a tight knit team that strives to excel in every aspect of customer care. In order to achieve this you will need to think independently and proactively to ascertain and resolve every aspect of the customers issue to the fullest extent.
You’ll love solving problems, advising customers, supporting them and you’ll take pride in the relationships that you build with your customers and your colleagues.
