🌿 Job Opportunity: Vineyard Assistant Manager – Shillingham Vineyard 🍇

Shillingham Vineyard is looking for a full-time Vineyard Assistant Manager to join our team! We need someone who is hungry, enthusiastic, and an experienced tractor driver to help with the day-to-day running of the vineyard.This is our first full time hire so this is a great opportunity to be a part of a young exciting enterprise with multiple different career progression avenues. 

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong tractor driving experience – confident handling machinery in a vineyard setting.
✅ Hardworking and motivated – willing to get stuck in and take pride in the work.
✅ A team player with a can-do attitude – eager to learn and grow in the role.

Beneficial If you Have: 

✅  Applicants with a PA1, PA2 and PA3 spray certificate would be preferred although training can be provided

✅  Prior Vineyard experience would be beneficial. Including but not limited to: pruning, canopy management, pest control, fertilisation and vineyard maintenance

Your role will include:

🚜 Operating tractors and vineyard machinery.
🌱 Helping with pruning, canopy management, and general vineyard maintenance.
🍇 Supporting all aspects of vineyard work, including harvest.

⏳ Hours: Full-time
