Head Sommelier - £33,000 + Service Charge – Dorset

Red are recruiting for a Head Sommelier for a clients multi award winning restaurant with rooms in the beautiful Dorset area. As part of the food and beverage team the Head Sommelier will play an important role within the restaurant and bar service. They offer an extensive wine list to guests, from wines across the world to local British produce.

They require a passionate and proactive Head Sommelier that has strong product knowledge to pass onto other members of the team. You will have completed a recognised study in wine and spirits and in turn, they will provide you with any further qualifications that might be required for your own personal development. You will bring your knowledge and creative flair to the task at hand, develop the wine list and take responsibility of the cellar. You will work collaboratively with the management team to provide their guests a service to remember. Accommodation is available for candidates willing to re-locate to this beautiful part of the country.
