We are now seeking a Data Insights Manager to join our expanding marketing team. The role requires an organised, efficient person who can multi-task, handle several projects simultaneously, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
We are keen to harness the power of data to inform our decisions in the business providing greater depth. The role will be a combination of analysing our own data to help support Sales teams and other departments to ensure we are making the best-informed decisions possible as well managing third party data platforms such as Circana to help support our Nationals Sales team and their customers as we develop business for this key sales channel.

The main responsibilities will include:
Collecting, managing, and analysing data from various internal and external sources.
Providing conclusions & insight from data that will drive business decisions and improve performance for all sales channels, and other departments such as Buying and Marketing.
Build and maintain regular reporting structures, in the form of data models and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable insights to the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business on specific projects to deliver clearly identified goals that have a commercial benefit on the business.
Presenting findings and insights internally and externally, to customers, creating persuasive arguments built around the data findings.
The skills and experience expected:
Proficiency to an advanced level with Microsoft office suite specifically Excel & PowerPoint.
Solid skills with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience working with third party data providers
Experience of working in a commercial environment utilising data to help win business
Ability to work independently – highly self-motivated
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong commercial and practical sensibility
Highly collaborative intra- and inter-department
Excellent communication skills – ‘story-telling’ – both written and oral
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
Proven organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience of the wine trade or BWS in general is essential.
Salary will be commensurate to experience. Office & hybrid working scenarios will be considered.
